Fewer than 150 transactions per month- Ideal for beginning to established small businesses using QuickBooks Online as a financial tool only. If retail, restaurant, or service-based business, we recommend using a separate POS system to track specific sales and inventory.

Set-Up Fees
All packages are subject to a one time QuickBooks Online set-up fee. Set-up fees start at $150 and depend on size of files.
If Dollars & Sense Bookkeeping holds the QuickBooks Online subscription, the monthly fee may be separate and not included in these packages.
All packages are re-evaluated every 6 months to ensure packages meet the needs of our clients

Quarterly Tax Package
Tax help without the bookkeeping- This plan is great for any size business.
- • Tax review of your financials
- • 30 minutes per quarter of tax office hours
- • Up to 400 transactions per quarter
- • Assessment detail reported to you quarterly based on findings and recommendations
- Some businesses like to pay their income taxes quarterly instead of annually. No problem! We can add the fee onto your Quarterly Tax Package that would include your:

- • One state return
- Fees for additional filings are determined separately
