A QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor is a great option for small businesses. QBO Certified ProAdvisor is defined as a professional that has been trained, tested and recognized by Intuit as someone that can guide other QuickBooks clients and/or their employees as to how to best leverage QuickBooks software both from technical and accounting perspectives.

QBO PLUS – Best for Small Businesses that sell services and products. Track inventory, track by class and/or location, track by customer, create purchase orders, issues 1099s to vendors, several reporting options and more! 5 users allowed access.
QBO Advanced – Best for complex small businesses. Includes Fathom app (want amazing KPI’s?!), track billable hours per customer, create and maintain budgets, advanced invoicing, custom user permissions, more Chart of Accounts and tracking items available, training for staff and a dedicated QBO manager. 25 users allowed access.

Manual data entry and human error are near extinct when using QBO. Intuit® Merchant Services transactions sync and post automatically making billing a breeze. Several other features automate like reporting, payroll, updates and back-ups.

Class and Location tracking are powerful tools. We use tracking to pin-point how small business owners can grow their businesses. Job tracking for contractors of any sort shows specifically each job/customer’s profit or loss.
